Director Florian Frerichs takes us into a world of secret desires and social masquerades. \nFrerichs’ reinterpretation of Arthur Schnitzler’s timeless novella, which has already found a legendary portrayal through Kubrick’s masterful lens, relocates the action to the pulsating heart of modern Berlin.
