The Passenger
Based on a short story by Stephen King (Rest Stop), The Passenger is a psycho-thriller about two very different friends who make a fateful stop one night at a rest area on the deserted stretch of the Desert Highway. The decisions they make will change their relationship forever…
Two very different friends chance upon some dramatic events at a deserted rest area one evening in the middle of nowhere. When they hear what sounds like a woman being beaten up in a toilet, they make a decision that will change their friendship – and their life – for ever.
They find themselves in the middle of an argument. The already tense situation threatens to explode when the two men hear the sound of a woman clearly being beaten up in the adjacent toilet. The fate of one will be sealed while the brutality of the other becomes apparent.
As the story reaches its shocking conclusion, it becomes clear that nothing is quite what it seems…
